
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We thrive to create long lasting relationships with our customers. In all efforts,
we will do our best to correct any issues that may be experienced.

It is the responsibility of purchaser to notify of any incorrect items or refund requests, within
7 days after receipt of shipment. All approved exchanges and returns are subject to a 25%
restocking fee.

All refunds will be applied to your original payment method. We do not offer cash back,
gift cards or store credit.
​
Purchaser is responsible for all restocking and shipping fees for returned items.
​
In the case we send an incorrect item or a shipment is delayed on our end, all fees will be absorbed.

The following items are not eligible for return / exchanges:

Hair Extensions with broken safety seal, Headbands, Hair Wraps, Scrunchies & Hair Ties

Safety and hygiene are of upmost importance for us and our consumers, therefore these
products are non-returnable. Please do not break safety seals on extensions, and review all
details before purchasing products.
Please review and submit Return/Exchange form. Please allow up to 3 business days for
response before returning items. Once we review your form, you will receive a response and
we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
MISSING REFUND:
Please allow 5-7 business days to see reimbursement in your bank account. If you have not
received a refund, contact your credit card or banking institution to check the status.
Certain banks may need more processing time than others before posting on accounts.
